CruitWay provides a professional platform with tools for candidates, companies, and educational institutions. Available features depend on the account type and selected plan.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create a deceptive account, or use the service unlawfully.

You retain rights to content you publish and grant CruitWay a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to provide the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights. Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, dangerous, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content is prohibited, as are spam, unauthorized scraping, and attempts to bypass security measures.

You keep ownership of your content. The license described here only lets us operate and deliver the service.

Prices, features, and billing periods appear on our Pricing page before purchase. Applicable taxes and currency are displayed at checkout. A paid subscription renews for the stated period until canceled. Payments may be processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record or processor.

You may cancel through billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and paid access normally remains available through the period already paid for. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.

We work to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may fix, improve, suspend, or remove a feature. When possible, we will provide reasonable notice if a material change affects a subscription.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates a security risk, fails to pay amounts due, or exposes CruitWay or others to harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the action taken.

CruitWay software, branding, design, and original content are protected. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited right to use the service according to these terms.

Opportunities, profiles, and third-party content remain the responsibility of their authors. CruitWay does not guarantee employment, a candidate, or a specific professional result. To the extent permitted by law, CruitWay is not responsible for indirect damages or losses caused by misuse of the service.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Before bringing a dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
